First Credit Management Ltd (FCM) are one of the UK's leading independent debt recovery, trace and investigation agencies providing our clients with a comprehensive range of debt recovery options and solutions.

From our purpose-built detached offices in Evesham, Worcestershire, we currently instigate collections and/or tracing activities on outstanding balances in excess of £50 million.

Recoveries are initiated through letter, telephone, doorstep and legal proceedings and can be tailored to meet each individual client’s requirements. Our client base consists of many of the UK's leading Banks, Building Societies, Credit Card operators and many blue chip organisations together with many of small to medium size businesses.

In 2011 we will be proud to celebrate our 30th trading anniversary. During this time we have often pioneered collection and tracing strategies, procedures and solutions that have eventually evolved into industry standards.
